When clicking one of the blue ? icons in the EDR appliance console to access context-sensitive help, if the browser language is anything other than one of the supported localized languages (EN, ES, FR, JA), no help topic does not appear.
The help call does not have logic such that if the browser language is other than EN, ES, FR, JA, to set the default language to EN.
