Issue/Introduction

The time change or the date of the time change will have no effect on the operation of CA 11.

Resolution

CA 11 is not impacted by dynamic time change (backward or forward) or by the change of the implementation dates of the time change.   No special considerations are needed for CA 11 regarding time change.
