Service Catalog 17.x

All Supported Operating Systems and IE web browsers

The Service Management applications pick the latest IE Document Mode as the default unless there is any specific constraint to that application.

This can be achieved manually via customization:

1. Copy USM_HOME\view\webapps\usm\explorer\includes.xsl to USM_HOME\filestore\custom\explorer

2. Modify USM_HOME\filestore\custom\explorer\includes.xsl

3. Update the Meta Tag as below

<xsl:text disable-output-escaping="yes"><meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=11"></xsl:text>

4. Delete translets in USM_HOME\view\translets

5. Restart the Service Catalog service

NOTE: Customizations are out of scope and the above information is provided as guidance only.
