UIM 20.3 qos stops when device level alarm policy is added

A group level profile is added to collect QoS metrics, and the metrics are collected. 

After a device level policy is added and QoS stops being collected, at that device. 

Remove the device level policy and QoS starts again.

Component : UIM - ALARM POLICY


With policy_enabled_flag = false the alarms are to be configured in the Profile and not via Alarm Policy. 

If you don't want to configure alarms in the profile set policy_enabled_flag = true and alarms will no longer show up in the Profile and Policy will work. 

Additional Information

policy_enabled_flag is set in the mon_config_service raw configure under the 'timed' section.
