Issue/Introduction

After enabling LDAP, users are not automatically created in Rally

Cause

This can be caused by a configuration problem on the LDAP screen, or by missing email addresses on the user object in Active Directory

Resolution

Ensure the LDAP configuration correctly reflects the Active Directory environment

Ensure that all users have an email address specified
