Cannot upload ca bundles/certs to pam version 3.4.3

Issue/Introduction

In PAM 3.4.3 - we have successfully uploaded CA Bundles to a particular appliance, but we cannot see them under the following section of the UI:

PAM UI >> Configuration >> Security >> Certicates >> Download

Resolution

In PAM 3.4.3 we introduced a new "Delete Tab" under certificates.  In the previous version we use to list the CA Bundles uploaded with the heading of "Delete Only" above them:
