Blank pages opening MUX/link in Clarity when there are caching issues

Issue/Introduction

You are attempting to navigate to the Modern User Experience (UX / MUX) Timesheets from Classic.  A new tab opens, but the page is blank. It is not blank for other users as it opens into Modern UX. 

Why would you get this display and other users don't?

Cause

This is most likely due to browser cache issues.

Resolution

You have the following options if you would like to avoid this from happening frequently.

FREQUENT CACHE ISSUES

  1. Clear your browser cache (first step)
  2. Clear cache periodically (at least once per week) - Recommended advising your end-users to do this as well.
  3. You can set your cache to be cleared automatically at the end of the day when you close your browser. This is for Chrome: Clear, enable, and manage cookies in Chrome (See section: Delete cookies after you close Chrome)
