Knowledge Store Document Date and Time

If a document attached to the Clarity Knowledge Store contains versioning, its version has got a Date and Time.

When you search for the same in the Knowledge Store, the document shows a Date and Time. What does govern the Date and Time field?

Navigate to the Knowledge Store:

Check the versioning of the documents:
Select a document > Actions > Versions

Perform a Search:

Look at the results:

The latest version Date/Time is 3/10/21 8.13 PM. The search returns the 1st version 

Expected results: The latest version of the document to be display
Actual results: The first version displays.


The Date/Time that the Knowledge Store displays for the Document is related to when it got its status updated


Back at the Knowledge Store list:
Select the document > Actions > Properties > Change the Status

Perform the Search again
