Issue/Introduction

We have upgraded the CA Directory 14.1 base version to 14.1 CP2, once done the upgrade we are not able to start the DX- Agent Services in the production environment.

We are trying to fix this issue on the change window, could you please help us ASAP.

Please find the attached log files.

Release : 14.1

Component : CA Directory

Resolution

As this is IDM-related, are you using the Directory management tool or not.. If not, DXagent can be turned off.

It may never have needed to be started.

Validated that the customer does not use dxmanager
