Issue/Introduction

Some Identity Portal (IP) requests get stuck in-progress.  If these are canceled from the Identity Manager (IM) User Console and then resubmit those requests from Identity Manager. During this cancellation time, the status of the request on Identity Portal changes to "Cancelled".

After re-submission and completion of those requests the status of the request in Identity Portal does not change to "Completed", it still shows "Cancelled", even though the status of the request is "Completed" in Identity Manager.

Release : 14.3 CP2

Component : CA IDENTITY SUITE (VIRTUAL APPLIANCE)

Cause

Programmatic issue.

Resolution

IM Engineering has released the following hot fixes to correct this issue.

 

IM:

IM-HF-DE487478-20210203-0001.tgz.gpg

IP:

HF-DE494239-20210903-0001.tgz.gpg 

 

Note:

This HF should be applied on top of 14.3 CP2 and you must delete the browser cache and hard reload the page before testing.
