Issue/Introduction

I'm in the process of decommissioning a VMTP. How do I purge data from the machine?

Cause

N/A

Resolution

We have a built in script to purge all data from the Vertica database well as any lingering datafiles on the machine. This script will stop all processes and purge the data.

sudo  /opt/NetQoS/scripts/nqPurgeData.php  --allDates  --allData
