WCC validation error after importing eem policies in R12

Issue/Introduction

We have imported prduction EEM policty in R12 EEM successfully, post that we are seeing below error in r12 WCC

Error:

Error: E190098 ABCXXX (web services validation) - A connection exception was encountered: https://ABCXXX:9443/AEWS returned status 403.

Confirmation: I190220 The CSAM is configured properly for the ports 9000, 49152.

Environment

Release : 12

Component : CA Workload Automation AE (AutoSys)

Resolution

To fix the WCC validation issue we need to add the monitor ID user to the WorkloadAutomationAEWebService application group in EEM Application: WorkloadAutomationAE

 

For the agent inventory access we need to add the WCC login user or the containing global/dynamic  group to the following policies in EEM Application: WCC004

AgentAccess
ApplicationAccess
