Having an issue about CABI report scheduler not sending out reports
Can telnet to the smtp server using FQDN and IP and with required port
Errors in jasperserver.log as below
Release : 20.3.x
Component : UIM - CABI
Observed error messages in messages menu in CABI related to "cannot connect to smtp server on port 25 and response 421"
In this use case the smtp server was blocking the email reports even though telnet to port 25 was working
Check on smtp server end to verify if mails are getting blocked /allowed from the specified CABI server
