Roscoe dumping with S66D rc31 after z/os 2.4 upgrade

Issue/Introduction

Roscoe started task abends with a SYSTEM COMPLETION CODE=66D  REASON CODE=00000031 

 

ABEND COMPLETION CODE : S66D-31

Environment

z/OS 2.4

Rosco 6.0 sp09

Resolution

This appears to be a problem with ETSO functions within Roscoe but is really an IBM issue.

IBM created APAR OA60907

Please review this with IBM
