Issue/Introduction

You want to know how to search for a hardware ID (or hardware key) in Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM).

Environment

SEPM 12.x and later

Resolution

1. In SEPM, click Clients > Search Clients.
2. In the Search field, click the drop-down menu and select Hardware Key.   
3. In the Comparison Operator field, type = .
4. In the Value field, type the hardware ID.
5. Click Search.
