Issue/Introduction

Customer finished up Primary server install against caeem.company.com,  but shadow server's install does not let the customer go through to next step after providing EEM credentials.

Below error shows up

port 5250 between Autosys and EEM is open.

Cause

ICMP ping was disabled between autosys server and EEM servers in question

Resolution

ICMP ping was disabled from Autosys servers to EEM server.   Windows Firewall was blocking it.

To get around this, create a rule to allow ICMP ping between the nodes above and restart the install
