Issue/Introduction

Based on below log entries there is a disconnect between Application Server database which could cause the issue

 CAUAJM_E_18601 SQLSTATE: 01000, Native error: 10,054, Message: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]ConnectionWrite (send()).
 CAUAJM_E_18601 SQLSTATE: 08S01, Native error: 11, Message: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]General network error. Cause

From Application Server Logs, Error messages indicate the there is an issue with network communication.

Database indicates cannot be reachable.

Environment

Release : 11.3.6*

Component : CA Workload Automation AE (AutoSys)

Resolution

WCC UI could not fetch job details, If  Application server was not communicating to AE Database.

WCC Collector Fails/retries to fetch job details when such issues occur.

should work with network admins team to find out cause for disconnection.

Please troubleshoot and follow up below list to make sure you address network issue

Database Drivers Connectivity  

Port Communication Blockages/changes

FQDN/DNS name resolution or IP address changes
