The first start of the Desktop Client must be done by an Administrator or a user that has an Administrator privileges.
If a user does not have the Administrator rights on the Windows system, then he/she must ask an Admin to start the client with 'Run as' command.
The administrator could right click on the Desktop Client launch icon and select "Run as Administrator" - the Desktop Client will start normally. After the initial start up as an Administrator, the users can start client without the Administrator rights.
