Issue/Introduction

Does the monitor id need to be a user locaed in the Base DN defined in EEM or can it be in a different location?

Resolution

The monitor ID for AutoSys in WCC must be a valid user as seen by EEM.  It must exist in the Based DN defined in EEM's user store settings.
