New users need to access to Panvalet.  

How do users get access?

Resolution

There are no user or security tables in Panvalet for granting or restricting users access to Panvalet.
 
The users need the appropriate RACF / ACF2 / Top Secret authority to access the PANLIBs that they are allowed to access and use.
