Assets are failing to collect data, and you are requested to export the messages from the job.
In the CCS Console, please navigate to the Jobs Workspace. Find the job in question and click on the job name.
Once the job is opened, on the left select Messages tab. Then click the little button to open the messages in a new window as per the screenshot below.
Click the column chooser button, and select the 4 additional items that are not already checked.
Then click on the Export button and export the messages, either to Excel or a CSV file.
Once you have the exported file, please attach the messages to the Broadcom Support case.
