Issue/Introduction

CA LDAP drives R_admin RACF Callable Service and using large amounts of storage when issuing a:

TSS LIST(ACIDS) DATA(ALL)

Storage areas are not freed until all processing of the request is complete. 

Multiple requests cause private storage to be used up in the CALDAP address space.

Please contact support for test fix LT00558.

This APAR will free storage areas after they are no longer needed instead of holding on to them unnecessarily until a request is complete, releasing storage incrementally. 

Also performance improvements are made to reduce overhead when working with storage areas.
