Issue/Introduction

Just installing a new 'user certificate' and to test it, trying to download the HOLDDATA but getting the error: 

GIM69207S ** RECEIVE PROCESSING HAS FAILED BECAUSE THE CONNECTION WITH THE SERVER FAILED. java.net.ConnectException:  
             StatCode:503 RsnPhrase:Service Unavailable          

 

Resolution

HTTP 503 error seems to be a firewall issue.

Connecting successfully to eapi.broadcom.com must be done before the certificates are involved with an SSL handshake.

Opening the access by SSL application to the url rdownloads.broadcom.com should resolve this problem.
