Issue/Introduction

 

Installed AdminUI and when attempted to reach login page with this
URL:

  http://10.1.1.10:8080/iam/siteminder/adminui

The following is seen in the server.log:

  2012-09-19 08:11:46,205 ERROR [ims.ui] (http-0.0.0.0-8080-1)
  Page cannot be found. Please check the URL.

 

Environment

 

AdminUI 12.52SP1

 

Resolution

 

Instead of using the IP address, use the FQDN of the server for the
URL as:

  http://machine.domain.com:8080/iam/siteminder/adminui
