Symantec Control Compliance Suite (CCS) Application Server and Managers not getting scanned Failed to update one or more files

We are not able to scan CCS Application server and CCS Managers for compliance scan in CCS itself.

We are getting error "Error received from Agent: Failed to update one or more files".

We are using CCS on 12.5 version with latest SCU on 2019 OS.



The SCU/ACU is not installed on the local agent. When installing a CCS Manager the content does not get installed on the agent itself.


Manually apply the correct SCU/CR to the agent or run an Agent Content Update (ACU) job. 

Once the content is properly installed on the agent, data collection/CER jobs should run successfully
