Export Button returns "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"

Issue/Introduction

Description:

In the Public Interface, when displaying a list of assets, there is an Export button in order to export the list to a csv file:

If we click on the Export button following error occurs:

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

or

The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred

Solution:

This error occurs due to missing NTFS security rights on file %windir%\temp\php-errors.log on the Asset Intelligence server.

Add Full Control NTFS rights on this file for local group Users.
