NCM Config EOF Error while reading vardata

Issue/Introduction

When enabling the NCM Config Handler debug for SRM the following shows in the output in Spectrum 10.4.3 and above:

Cause

There is a varbind 20 in event 0x82105a that contains DOI detail.

Resolution

The errors are benign as the DOI data is actually populated using the REST API.  The data is internally passed in varbind 20 in the event.
