Issue/Introduction

What will the impact of uninstalling Adobe Flash player from the host that has Access Control Enterprise Management Server deployed?

Cause

Adobe has declared End of Life for Flash Player and is recommending uninstallation of Flash Player.

Resolution

CA Access Control Enterprise Management Server does not make use of Adobe Flash for any of its operations, hence removal / uninstallation of Adobe Flash does not have any negative impact on the working of the Control Minder application.
