DCI Extract gets CUSTOMER NAME DOES NOT MATCH WITH CUSTOMER ID

Issue/Introduction

Trying to run the supplied Extractor tool for Dynamic Capacity Intelligence (DCI).  The comments show:

//*    <CUSTOMER-NAME> THIS IS GIVEN TO YOU BY YOUR CA REPRESENTATIVE

Used the customer id (site id) and name as used in the LMP keys.  However, the job is failing RC=12 in the CHECKID step with:

CUSTOMER NAME DOES NOT MATCH WITH CUSTOMER ID

What ID and NAME should be used?

Cause

CUSTOMER-ID and CUSTOMER-NAME for this tool do not match the LMP ones, but they must be generated by DCI team.

Resolution

Open a CA Dynamic Capacity Intelligence case on Broadcom support portal asking for the credential for DCI Extractor tool.
