Unable to edit new or existing asset import jobs in CCS

Issue/Introduction

You are unable to edit or setup a new asset import job in CCS.

 

The following error can be found in the SymConsole.csv log file.

Cause

This is a known issue that can occur sporadically and is planned to be addressed in the future CCS release 

 

Resolution

The following workaround has been identified:

#1 Backup ADAM

#2 Remove all data locations

#3 Re-create all data locations

#4 Re-create CCS jobs
