Cause

This is a defect DE59962 and fixed in upcoming version i.e. 15.9.2

Environment

Release : 15.8.1

Component : CA PPM SAAS STUDIO

Resolution

The defect is fixed in upcoming version i.e. 15.9.2.

You can now associate the Hierarchy Object with a partition. However, this functionality is not supported in the Modern UX and this is where this object is used in the application. No errors are generated now when going to the Partition Unit if you associate this object to the Partition Model.

Workaround:

  • Remove the partition from Object Hierarchy(odf_hierarchy) as Hierarchy is meant only to be used in Modern UX and not classic PPM
