CAPC-CABI synchronization fails after upgrading from CABI from 6.4 release to 18.104.22.168 release even after making sure NpcConnectionUID value in CABI (in pcProperties file located in CABI install directory) matches the SourceGUID in CAPC (obtained by running the SQL query: mysql> select * from data_sources2 where ConsoleName like '%Business Intelligence%'\G;).
DMService.log shows the following exception:
It was found out that for this particular case there was another pcProperties file located in /opt/CA/SharedComponents/CA Business Intelligence/apache-tomcat/bin directory which was causing the conflict with the Product id.

In order to resolve this issue, please do the following:
1.- Move the wrong pcProperties file (located in /opt/CA/SharedComponents/CA Business Intelligence/apache-tomcat/bin) out of the CABI installation folder and sub-folders
2.- Restart CABI so that it picks up the correct pcProperties file
This should address the sync issue otherwise please contact Broadcom Support.
