When trying to open any popup window in the CA Service Desk Manager web interface using Internet Explorer 8, we receive the following error: Message: No such interface supported

This problem will happen when the standard JavaScript window.open() is used and all of the dll's for Internet Explorer are not registered properly. Enabling the JavaScript debugger in the web browser will allow you to see what function in the JavaScript is causing the problem.
