Issue/Introduction

Trying to define new user facility but receiving the below error.

 TSS MODI(FAC(USER222=NAME=XXXXX))                                      
 TSS9186E The Facility name is invalid no such facility name.            
 TSS0301I  MODIFY   FUNCTION FAILED, RETURN CODE =  8                    
 READY

Release : 16.0

Component : CA Top Secret for z/OS

Resolution

In addition to the two CICS default facilities, a total of 222 predefined facilities 
are provided that you can use to define a new facility of your own.

To determine if the predefined facility is available issue:

TSS MODI FAC(USER222) if Facility USER222 was already renamed will receive

TSS9186E The Facility name is invalid no such facility name.
TSS0301I  MODIFY   FUNCTION FAILED, RETURN CODE =  8

Issue TSS MODI FAC(USERxxx) if available to be renamed will see for example

TSS9550I FACILITY DISPLAY FOR USERxxx
TSS9551I INITPGM=***      ID=A1 TYPE=099
