Issue/Introduction

We tried to install autosys in secondary server but received below error :

Resolution

In R12 install the EEM server details are stored in the autosys database.

Since this was the shadow install the EEM server details was already present in the database.

The EEM server could not be reached and hence we got this message soon after entering the database information

After we updated the /etc/hosts file with EEM server details the installation went fine.
