MSDTC (Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator) is a Windows service that is responsible for coordinating transactions that span multiple resource managers, such as databases, message queues, and file systems.

In a clustered MS SQL Server DB environment, noticed that MS SQL Server service is dependent on MSDTC service.
ITPAM does not use MSDTC service.
Since SQL Service is dependent on MSDTC service in a cluster environment, set the MSDTC service startup type to "Automatic Start".
