MSDTC (Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator) is a Windows service that is responsible for coordinating transactions that span multiple resource managers, such as databases, message queues, and file systems.
In a clustered MS SQL Server DB environment, noticed that MS SQL Server service uses MSDTC service.

ITPAM do not use MSDTC service directly.
However, If ITPAM database is configured with MS SQL Server and it uses MSDTC Service, then set the Service to "Automatic Start" mode.
