Cursor Issue while publishing records to Oracle

When trying to publish job in batch mode, getting an error as Cursor limit exceeded and unable to publish the job

The issue is caused by Oracle JDBC driver leaking cursors when using batch mode (which needs to be enabled manually so it could explain why you were the only one reporting this issue). We are not exactly sure, if the combination of batch mode insert + Oracle database is enough or if there are some additional conditions too (for example particular column types in the table - We tested directly on the table created with your DDL).

   We also verified that replacing ojdbc7.jar with ojdbc8.jar resolved the issue in our testing environment.

Release : 4.8

Component : CA Test Data Manager - Datamaker

Following possible solutions for this problem:

* disabling the batch mode,

* replacing the driver with fixed version (it takes some time because the driver is stored on more than 10 locations inside Portal directory),

* upgrading to 4.9 because it already uses fixed driver (at least the latest release).
