The Web Service plug-in installer failed with the error: "Installer failed: TypeError: Cannot find function setExecutable. (installscript#111)"

Issue/Introduction

Description:

When trying to install R11.3 SP1 Web Service plug-in, it will result in this error:

"Installer failed: TypeError: Cannot find function setExecutable. (install script#111)"

Solution:

The Web Service plug-in from the version 11.3 SP1 DVD media can only be applied to CA Workload Automation System Agent R11.3 SP1.
If the plug-in was tried to be installed on pre-11.3 SP1 System Agent, the installation would result in shown error.
If existing System Agent is not at SP1 patch level, then update Agent and apply the Web Service plug-in.

Note: The Web Service plug-in installation file in R11.3 SP1 DVD is the webservice.pak, while the file in pre-SP1 DVD image is the ws.pak
