ARD 3.0 Studio/Client Crashes when Opening a Model

Issue/Introduction

 
 

I use ARD 3.0 Studio/Client and open the ‘2 Execution Process’ model, ARD will process some time and following appears:

'AgileDesigner has stopped working'....'Please send us this error report (25.9MB) to help fix the problem and improve this software.....

This happens now and then, every time one needs to restart the ARD and do it again. Attached details you can find screenshot and details for the system information used by ARD users at DNB.

 

ARD Version = 3.0.5.5

Cause

Nested subflows in this model that are fixed in ARD Studio 3.1.

Release : 3.0

Component : CA Agile Requirements Designer - Others

Resolution

1) Upgrade ARD Studio 3.0 to 3.1. (GEN0000000003201.zip)
2) Open model ‘2 Execution Process’
3) You will no longer get the error.
