Issue/Introduction

We have configured Identity Portal to pick up attributes to display for users when searching. However, we get N/A as values for all attributes when trying to run the task or in user details.

 

 

 

Resolution

To update the settings on the screen you must reinitialize the values you want in the GUI Configuration.

User Related > User Info Table

 

In addition, make sure that the attribute names defined in the section "Managed Object Attributes"  match the ones defined in "GUI Configuration".
