Issue/Introduction

For some reasons, the admin ui of SSO is not loading properly.

The federations and the domain cannot be modified as the options seems to be not working. 

 

Environment

Release : 12.8

Component : SITEMINDER -WEB AGENT FOR APACHE

Resolution

1. Stop the AdminUI

2. Delete tmp or rename to tmp.old 

3. Rename castylesr5.1.1.ear.deployed and iam_siteminder.ear.deployed
to 
castylesr5.1.1.ear.dodeploy and iam_siteminder.ear.dodeploy

4. Start AdminUI
