load of system image is not correct

Issue/Introduction

I did a express setup and load image version 3, then updated /parms AUTOIDS. When I recycle netmaster I see it come up with Version 1 default.

Resolution

The customer was using an INIFILE.

This means he had to change the INIFILE and recycle the region for the change to be effected.
