Issue/Introduction

Telnet/SSH from Spectrum OneClick is failing periodically. Sometimes it is working fine. Others the connection is terminated in the middle of the session

Environment

Release : 10.4.2.x and below

Component : Spectrum OneClick

Resolution

There have been significant improvements in the mindterm code in Spectrum 10.4.3 that may address this issue.

At this time the recommendation is to upgrade to Spectrum 10.4.3 or above to address this issue. Should the issue still exist after upgrading to Spectrum 10.4.3, please open a case with Spectrum Support.
