 Can you please share with us the updated Service Now Action pack to get Planned & Actual start and end time from Check Change Request Status and Schedule

Resolution

There was an enhancement request from our customer to capture Planned & Actual start/end time as part of action "Check Change Request Status". We are happy to announce that we are able to enhanced our existing action pack to include them.

Enhancement Request 

1: ServiceNow - Check Change Request Status: Include following additional fields in the output.

    • Planned Start Time
    • Planned End Time
    • Actual Start Time
    • Actual End Time

2: ServiceNow- Check Change Request Child Tasks Statuses: Include following additional fields in the output.

    • Planned Start Time as array
    • Planned End Time as array

Deliverable Summary

1: ServiceNow - Check Change Request Status

The above action name is changed to "ServiceNow - Check Change Request Status and Schedules" and it captures Planned Start Time, Planned End Time, Actual Start Time, Actual End Time  as output fields of action

2: ServiceNow- Check Change Request Child Tasks Statuses

This action doesn't include the requested fields i.e. Planned Start Time as array, Planned End Time as array because those fields are not provided by ServiceNow and henceforth we can't include in our action output.

Usage Summary

  • The output can be captured under actions outputs

  • Result captured
