Is there a way to use the TIMER rule to issue OFFLINE commands conditional on IPL completion?

Is it possible to issue a timer rule triggered by "IPL completion"?
Can a timer rule be issued conditional on IPL completion?
Can a timer rule be issued to detect IPL completion?

Resolution

Timer rules cannot be defined with IPL as the trigger.

There is no need to use the TIMER rule to issue any command, such as the OFFLINE command, conditional on IPL completion.

It is possible to issue any VARY command directly by triggering the IPL completion message or SOLVE startup.
