When the Agent management job is run against a folder in the CCS console, and it fails with the error below:
Error occurred during the CCS Manager activity: Error in submitting the query job to CCS Manager : There is no CCS Manager Load Balancers available for job execution.
Environment
Release: CCS 12.5.x and CCS 12.6.x
Component: CCS Application Server
Cause
The folder that the Agent Management job is run against typically has a lot of agents in it (typically around ~50k agents, but the agent count may vary depending on your CCS environment).
Resolution
Spread out the agents so they are in multiple folders, each with a smaller amount of agents, and then run the Agent Management job.
Additional functionality was added in CCS 12.6.0 to allow the Agent Management Job to be run against Asset Groups, which makes it easier to run it on smaller groups of agents.
