MIA S0C4 ABENDS after startup on Z15 processor

Issue/Introduction

We are currently in the process of migration to Z15 processors. Seeing some strange results with MIA on some of our LPARS. MIA comes up normal can issue commands without any problems then after 20 minutes or so when I enter commands each command receives a S0C4 ABEND as well as the following error:

Resolution

This is a problem with IBM Hourglass 7.1.

It is resolved by an  IBM APAR
PH30183: AGGEXCLD GETTING A S0C4 @ +X0226. OTHER CLIENTS MAY EXPERIENCE A LOOP CONDITION AND PERFORMANCE ISSUES ALSO.
