Issue/Introduction

Hello,

Testing the 12.0 install /upgrade procedures. Performed fresh install of AE, WCC and EEM.

After that copying the data from  Autosys 11.3.6 Sp7 DB to the new Autosys 12.0 DB, the cutover/DB migration was fine. Able to execute commands and see all the data. But after registering EEM servers in autosys_secure , when running the autosys commands such as autosyslog -e, autosys_secure, receiving error as below:

CAUAJM_W_10406 Control Execute Access Denied!
CAUAJM_W_10439 No policies granting access to resource.
CAUAJM_W_10440 Class: as-control Resource: TST.SECADM User: nfsnobody Access: execute
CAUAJM_W_10442 Time: 1613655248  Delegator: None

CAUAJM_E_60193 You are not authorized to perform this action.

CAUAJM_W_60050 Insufficient privileges to execute options 3 through 4 and 7.

There is no nfsnobody user. The commands are working as the root user.
