Issue/Introduction

At suhtdown of caf, rchost.exe is sometimes crashing with following details :

Fault offset: 0x00003c36

 

Environment

Client Automation 14.0 SP2

 

Cause

Application error occurs during shutdown process of rchost.exe

 

Resolution

Open a case at CA Broadcom Technical Support and request the fix T533352

This fix should be installed on RC Agent 14.0 SP2
