Select field in form is not applying filter based on pre-selected information

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading CA Service Catalog from release 14.1 to 17.3, a select field for a form that previously worked is not bringing back more data than expected.

Environment

Release : 17.3

Component : USVCT (Service Catalog)

Resolution

As part of the improvements for 17.x the Report Data Objects are already performing an internal "top X" select on the data; adding an explicit one to the query then causes problems. Instead, remove the top X from the select query and let the system handle this.
